Lemon cranberry bar recipiecombine in saucepan:2 cups dried fruitjuice and zest from one lemonHeat and stir till bubbly; cool slighyly, set aside1 c flour1/2 t salt1/2 t baking soda3/4 c butter1 1/2 t vanilla1 c brown sugar1 c walnutsTo bake: reserve some batter, press remainder into bottom of pan, cover with fruit, cover with batter.bake at 350 for 20 min or until golden browneach bar is 500 calories
